Determining After-Hour Emergencies

The following are considered maintenance emergencies and should be reported immediately.

Fire – call 911, then the management office
No heat during the winter months / A/C during the summer months
Toilet stopped up (if apartment has only one bathroom)/ Any septic backup
Kitchen sink backed up on both sides
Any water leak with damage to ceilings and flooring
Broken/leaking/frozen pipes
Gas leak
No electricity in the entire apartment or an electrical short
No hot water
Refrigerator not working (do not open doors unless it is necessary)
