MAXX Properties celebrates SatisFacts National Resident Satisfaction Awards for 24 of its apartment communities

HARRISON, N.Y., February 20, 2020 -- MAXX Properties—a privately held real estate company— is pleased to announce that 24 of its apartment communities have earned recognition for resident satisfaction, placing them among the top property management  companies and communities dedicated to the resident experience.

These awards celebrate the communities that have received outstanding feedback from residents. Apartment communities can earn this distinction by maintaining at least a 4.00 score (out of a 5.00 total) on surveys conducted by SatisFacts, a leading provider of resident surveys.

In addition, MAXX Properties was awarded a National Company Award, scoring over 4.00 on resident satisfaction surveys by over 3,000 MAXX Properties residents.

“We are gratified by the recognition provided by our residents. These awards are the result of the commitment, hard work and desire of our associates to serve our residents,” said Ed Lange, CEO of MAXX Properties.  “The fact that 19 of the 24 recipients are repeat performers from last year reflects the dedication our associates have for our residents.”

Now in their fourth year, the annual SatisFacts awards have honored numerous MAXX Properties communities. Additional details can be found at
