MAXX Properties celebrates SatisFacts National Resident Satisfaction Awards for 24 of its apartment communities
HARRISON, N.Y., February 20, 2020 -- MAXX Properties—a privately held real estate company— is pleased to announce that 24 of its apartment communities have earned recognition for resident satisfaction, placing them among the top property management companies and communities dedicated to the resident experience.
These awards celebrate the communities that have received outstanding feedback from residents. Apartment communities can earn this distinction by maintaining at least a 4.00 score (out of a 5.00 total) on surveys conducted by SatisFacts, a leading provider of resident surveys.
In addition, MAXX Properties was awarded a National Company Award, scoring over 4.00 on resident satisfaction surveys by over 3,000 MAXX Properties residents.
