MAXX Properties earns top recognition for SatisFacts National Resident Satisfaction Awards

HARRISON, N.Y., March 15, 2022 -- MAXX Properties—a privately held, 85-year old real estate firm—has again earned top recognition for resident satisfaction by Satisfacts.

Satisfacts, a leading provider of multifamily resident surveys, recognizes top property management companies dedicated to the resident experience through a National Company Award. This is the fifth consecutive year MAXX Properties is being recognized.

In addition, communities who received outstanding resident feedback on survey responses earn separate distinctions for their commitment to resident satisfaction by maintaining at least a 4.00 score out of a 5.00 total in a 12-month period ending December 2021.
