MAXX Properties Announces New Executive Appointments

Benjamin Hatz joined Maxx as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for all multifamily investment activities. Ben brings to this executive position over 15 years of experience with acquisitions, financing, and development of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Maxx, Ben led acquisitions with the AR-Global healthcare investment platform, sourcing and closing investments with a total enterprise value of approximately $1 billion. Prior investment roles include senior acquisition positions with Promed Properties and Citi Property Investors. Ben received his BS from Cornell University and his MBA from Columbia University.

Steven Reighard comes to Maxx as Vice President-Controller. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving in range of accounting and finance management roles, including chief financial officer, controller and consultant. Steve has extensive experience with the development and implementation of GAAP reporting, internal controls, partnership formations and tax. Steve is a certified public accountant and received his BS from the University of Eastern Michigan.

Alex Kotlyarevsky joined Maxx as Vice President-Finance, responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations and support for capital formation activities. Prior to joining Maxx, Alex served as Vice President-Finance with the AR-Global healthcare investment platform and held senior finance positions with Cushman & Wakefield, and Saks Fifth Avenue.  He received his BS from the State University of Economics, Ukraine and his MBA from Pace University.
